A View From the Garden

Spent Saturday afternoon showing some American friends around Edinburgh's 'Old Town'. We walked the length of the Royal Mile from the esplanade of the Castle down to Holyrood Palace. On the way down, from top to bottom, we spent a little while in Dunbar's Close Gardens, a beautiful copy of a 17th Century design.

Mostly I write books and other things that people pay me for. What I'd like to do is to take more photographs. Ideally I'd like to try combining the two at some point in the future. . .
